  • so i stop getting swole for three weeks, and my stomach is all messed up

    i had that knee injury, some of you might remember this, and i was at the end of my 'full-bore' lifting cycle, so i thought a couple weeks rest would be a smart idea; i would heal knee, allow my body to get swole after the reaching body weight on the squat, and also shed some of the fat i accumulated from the getting swole milk drinking,

    so today i hit the rack again, raw balls, and i took the weight down some so that my injured knee can grow strong again, and after the workout i started my usual half gallon of milk routine, but this time it gave me terrible stomach problems and i felt sick.

    in just these 2.5 weeks, my body has forgotten what it's like to drink a ton of milk and eat a ton of food; it feels like i'm starting getting swole all over again.
