I just recently started working a 12PM-9PM shift at work and am having trouble adjust food wise. I come home hungry and I am doing my damndest not to eat when I get home as I typically go to bed within an hour of getting home. I take my last meal between 4-5 and I've tried eating breakfast and not waiting to eat until after I workout. There really isn't a difference in hunger levels when I get home. Any thoughts?
