  • Sunflower Seeds Trypsin Inhibitor

I was wondering if anyone knew if the Trypsin inhibitor in sunflower seeds was reversible as I have tried to find a source of Vitamin E within the standards I am stuck with in my diet based on my problems; low oxalate, not too much of one type of vitamin, no sulfur compounds as in asparagus, or other risky natural toxins, and I decided to go with risking the aggressive lectin from this seed than other problems with other sources and I find sunflower butter to be a good source of Vitamin E and Magnesium. Anyone who can help or tried to help is greatly appreciated.
