    I'll go first...

    Tall cup of water
    cup of blackberries and blueberries
    Grass fed ground beef
    3 slices of bacon
    asparagus
    Primal (2013)
    Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
    Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking

    Would like to be in good shape by my 36th Birthday (07-07-2013)

    Leftovers of this with spinach salad on the side: Kalyn's Kitchen: CrockPot Recipe for Sweet and Spicy Ground Turkey and Sweet Potato Stew with Coconut Milk

    Made it over the weekend with ground elk instead of ground turkey - I had some elk in my freezer from a friend who hunts.

    This stew was delicious! I used agave as the sweetener and probably won't sweeten it quite as much next time. Really good, warm and hearty for a cool fall day.

      For breakfast, bacon and eggs
      For lunch, leftover stuffed peppers and a pear
      For dinner I'm going to try and make the butter chicken posted on this site, with probably random other vegetables on the side. 85% Dark chocolate and berries for a small dessert perhaps?

        For dinner super rare steak marinated in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
        For Breakfast, coconut flour pancakes with goat cheese, hard salami, and a gooey egg!
        For dessert, Primal Pumpkin Pie!

          Breakfast: local pasture raised eggs w/ raw milk sharp cheddar (also local)
          Snack: full fat greek yogurt (cabot) w/ local honey, blackberries, and rasberries
          Lunch: leftovers from my local pasture raised chicken roast covered with the lard/chicken drippings from the bottom of the pan with mashed cauliflower from a local farm and celery
          Dinner: left over wild caught salmon with homemade lemon caper sauce, steamed broccoli & mashed cauliflower with pasture raised butter

          YUM!

            Breakfast: Coffee with cream and almond milk (yes I know almond milk isn't primal)
            Lunch: Heated tuna from a tuna can, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil,
            Supper:
            I made shakshuka for supper after my toning class

            For the sauce
            4 tomatoes skinned and grated
            2 tbs tomato sauce
            roasted eggplant leftovers (you can add spinach etc or nothing)
            3 roasted garlic cloves

            Mix all the above and pour into a greased frying pan (I used coconut oil). Let it cook down to get rid of some of the liquid

            Break into the cooking sauce 5 eggs (this was shared between 3 of us)keeping the yolk intact. Great some halumi cheese (or cheese of your choice) on top. Leave it to cook for about 5 minutes. Make sure it's not burning. If you have a frying pan that can be transferred to the grill/oven then do that to brown the top. We don't so I made do.

            My 15 year old who loves eggs and always comments that I don't get it right said that this time I cracked it. Yey.
            Followed by melon and chai tea again with almond milk.

              Breakfast:

              4 strawberries
              orange-flavored whey protein isolate
              water
              3 hard boiled eggs

              Lunch:

              Moe's Homewrecker burrito, no tortilla or rice, half the usual amount of beans, steak for meat (it's grass fed!) lots of veggies, guacamole, sour cream.

              Dinner:

              High likelihood of cheese and peanut butter.

                The shakshuka sounds delicious! My day's been comparatively boring.

                Breakfast:
                Chicken (local, organic, free range) and three eggs (local pastured). Coffee with cream and a little stevia.

                Lunch:
                More of the chicken, romaine lettuce, homemade caesar dressing

                Dinner:
                Something besides chicken!

                  Breakfast: Breakfast Casserole (eggs, sausage, spinach, mushrooms, onion, cheddar chesse)
                  Lunch: salad with leftover steak, homemade ranch dressing
                  Dinner: salmon cakes, roasted asparagus

                    Just had breakfast: baked salmon, veggies fried in butter/avocado oil, with garlic, turmeric and cumin. Dressing of lemon, Greek full fat yogurt and a tiny bit of aioli. 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.

                        Breakfast: seasoned ground beef with sauteed onions and peppers.
                        Lunch: a can of tuna (I'm rather minimalist for lunch)
                        Dinner: Just finished scrambled eggs w/ salsa and a bowl of homemade vegetable beef soup.

                          It's my day off, so not typical eating.
                          Mugwort tea
                          Pound of bacon meat my mom was going to get rid of. It was not clean, but it was free. I cut the fat off in hopes of reducing the amount of sodium nitrite, etc.
                          Green apple
                          Dinner will be the usual vegetable mountain cooked in tallow and coconut oil and a leftover half a can of mackerel.

                            Breakfast = sausages and fried eggs (all organic, all delicious)
                            Snack = almonds
                            Lunch = spinach salad with walnuts and chevre, olive oil based-dressing
                            Snack 2 = olives
                            Dinner = pork loin chop, spinach salad with avocado and peppers, broccoli
