    Bulletproof Coffee

    Lunch:
    Curry Coconut Chicken Soup

    Dinner:
    Shrimp Cobb Salad (with bacon grease and balsamic vinegar dressing)

      Cubed deer meat with onions, bell peppers and mushrooms cooked in bacon fat.

        Primal Tacos: Grass fed ground beef seasoned to taste, tomatoes, onions, sour cream, avocados, and hot sauce...all wrapped up in bib lettuce. Yummy!

              salmon,spinach, green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, EVOO & red wine vinegar for lunch. I HATE salmon.

                I got used to (and now love) salmon grilled with lots of homemade lemon caper sauce! Now I can eat it with just a little butter and love it.

                  While I was eating my "Big Ass Salad" with whole flax seeds for lunch today, I read Mark's "Definitive Guide to Oils" and it mentioned NOT to eat whole flax seeds! I'll tell ya, I learn something new every day here at MDA!!

                    breakfast this morning....

                    4 eggs and a piece of chicken and mix veggis green red bell peppers, 1/4 red onion, 1 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 avo, 2 tblsp salsa, 3 strips bacon, 1/4 cheddar shredded..... and some reading to go with breakfast

                    • Breakfast: 3 cups of coconut milk, ice, and dark chocolate blended together, and a hardboiled egg.

                      Lunch: 3 stuffed peppers without cheese or rice, with a side of grilled asparagus and spagetti squash.

                      Dinner: 2 bowls of bison chili and a cup of black tea.

                              Lettuce wraps with last nights leftover roasted chicken

                              Lunch was supposed to be a salad, but was not hungry....IF day i guess

                              Dinner is going to be Spaghetti and meatballs with Spaghetti Squash Substituted for pasta

                              • Breakfast: 4-5 slices bacon fried in Ghee with an onion, pepper and mushrooms and 3 eggs.
                                Snack, if needed: Mixed raw nuts
                                Lunch: couple cups creamy chicken soup, 3 left over pork ribs. Couple bars dark chocolate before a nap.
                                Dinner: Baked chicken thighs, salad with all the best veggies.
