    BAB: 8oz pork shoulder roast, handful of red onion, all chopped and mixed with three pastured eggs and fried in Coconut Oil

    Lunch: 3 chicken thighs and 2 handfuls of raw cauliflower forets
    started weight loss journey 6/1/10 -182 lbs total loss
    Leptin Reset/Primal (started 9/3/11 wt 226 ) -- week 14 -10 lbs loss thus far

    Avocados are proof that God loves us and wants us to be happy!

      Last night's dinner:
      Escargot in butter, garlic, & parsley
      Salmon poached with lemon & white wine
      Caesar salad with homemade dressing

      Breakfast:
      Egg "muffins" made with beef, pesto, & red pepper.

      Lunch:
      Chicken thighs & caesar salad

          1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Broccoli, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt X
          1.5 tbsp Butter, without salt X
          1.3 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking X
          1.5 cup shredded Lettuce, green leaf, raw X
          1.5 cup shredded Lettuce, red leaf, raw X
          0.5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, yellow, raw X

            I made ghoulash last Thursday. Took it out of the fridge and had it for breakfast this morning. Soooo gooood.

              Wild deer meat, warmed up in lard and a side of cucumber salad (with chopped cilantro) in lactose free, full fat sour cream, raw vinegar and olive oil imported from Spain, because I don't trust the US companies.

                Beef heart and liver chili... sorta had to choke it down because of the liver. I think I just have to come to the realization that I don't like liver(outside of pates).

                On the plus side though, I love the taste/texture of rare beef heart so I'll definitely start making beef heart steaks in the future instead of just using it for jerky.

                  Woke and LHT then protein shake and amazing eggs with tomato, onion and more ... and bacon.
                  No lunch because I've been trying IF for the last week or so (and skipping a meal has been a breeze!)
                  Dinner will be a nice hunk of porterhouse and some steamed veg.
                  Believe and achieve.

                      Yes! I absolutely love heart. It's been a staple for me for the past few months. It is wonderful as "steaks" and is a perfect post-workout protein for those who eat low-fat/high-carb post-workout.

                              Let's see, yesterday was

                              Breakfast:
                              two x-tra large hard-bolied eggs

                              Lunch:
                              6-oz sirloin steak with sauteed broccoli

                              Snack:
                              21 Blue Diamond Bold Almonds

                              Dinner:
                              12 Buffalo wings with 3 tbsp of Blue Cheese Dressing
                              side salad with vinegarette dressing (2 tbsp)

                              Protein: 113 gm, Fat: 99.6 gm, Carbohydrate: 33.9 gm

                              I love it baby!!!!
                              Started 9/15/11 at 323 pounds
                              2/16/13 at 241 pounds
                              Goal is 223 pounds or less

                                Yesterday for me:

                                Breakfast:
                                3oz steak
                                3 eggs
                                1 very large mushroom
                                buttered coffee (2T butter in my coffee)
                                another coffee (1/2-1/2 in my coffee)

                                That's it!

                                Today for me so far:
                                Breakfast:
                                3oz steak
                                several kale leaves
                                onions
                                2 large mushrooms
                                3 eggs
                                2 coffees, one with heavy cream, one with 1/2-1/2

                                Here's hoping I can have dinner tonight. I did not have time yesterday and was pretty hungry by the time I went to bed.
                                Female, 5'3", 50, Max squat: 202.5lbs. Max deadlift: 225 x 3.
