This is dinner tonight. Salmon sashimi with a side of salmon roe and a seaweed salad topped with ginger and wheat free tamari with wasabi for dunking. (OK, so there is a little bit of sugar in the ginger. Revoke my Primal card.) GTG

                Dinner tonight...
Pretty much us going to be dinner for awhile...I'm just going to change up the protein source once in awhile (chicken, beef, seafood)

                Food Prep 1
                Mung Bean
                Diced cucumbers
                chopped mushrooms
                diced tomatoes
                steamed / chopped asparagus
                Raw seeds

                Food Prep2
stir fry diced up chicken thighs
                diced green/red/yellow bell peppers
                coconut oil
                Salt / pepper

                All together now..
                Sprinkle some cilantro on top
                drizzle sesame seed oil

Most meals for me are pretty boring. Pan-fried steak + any number of veggies. But I took a picture of one meal I was particularly pleased with about a month ago.

Beef liver, bacon, asparagus, cabbage. It all went together really well.

Breakfast was 2 eggs fried in bacon grease, over a hamburger patty. Chai tea with almond milk on the side.

Lunch will be BAS with a can of sardines on top.

Dinner will be beef stew that is simmering in the crockpot.

Breakfast was eggs with some bacon crumbled in.
Lunch is ham and a pickle (I've tried cucumbers and I just don't like them)
I'm not sure what dinner's going to be tonight...I'll figure something out. Or it'll be left overs from our primal family feast last night.

I'm starting to just eat two large meals a day (breakfast and dinner)
My lunch which really just my PreWO meal is just a handful of black and blue berries with a few strawberries and a whole banana drizzled with agave. I will try this for about 30 days to evaluate my energy and strength levels.

Breakfast this week seems to be cold leftover grilled chicken breast with liberal amounts of homemade mayo and cottage cheese. I just can't get into eggs.

Lunch is leftover dinner (today: moussaka, tomorrow: pork chili).

Dinner will be STEAK with SALAD. RARR.
