I'm all for the health benefits of ACV, but you do know it's gonna destroy your teeth unless you take it through a straw, right? Also, Braggs makes some pleasant ACV drinks. The apple cinnamon one is particularly pleasant.
This is dinner tonight. Salmon sashimi with a side of salmon roe and a seaweed salad topped with ginger and wheat free tamari with wasabi for dunking. (OK, so there is a little bit of sugar in the ginger. Revoke my Primal card.) GTG
Breakfast was eggs with some bacon crumbled in.
Lunch is ham and a pickle (I've tried cucumbers and I just don't like them)
I'm not sure what dinner's going to be tonight...I'll figure something out. Or it'll be left overs from our primal family feast last night.

I'm starting to just eat two large meals a day (breakfast and dinner)
My lunch which really just my PreWO meal is just a handful of black and blue berries with a few strawberries and a whole banana drizzled with agave. I will try this for about 30 days to evaluate my energy and strength levels.
Locavore (locally grown foods when possible)
Training consists of Muay Thai, BJJ, weight training, and mountain biking
Would like to be in good shape by my 36th Birthday (07-07-2013)
Breakfast: marinated steak w/onions & peppers over SW eggs + salsa
Lunch: chicken curry over TJ's chopped 8-veggie mix
Dinner: teh husband is out tonight, so I'm contemplating happy hour at the local italian place. I <3 their beef carpaciao w/greens and a glass of red wine.
Last night's dinner: Roast rack of lamb and roasted brussels sprouts
Breakfast: red coconut curry ground beef with eggs mixed in. Coffee w/ cream & a few drops of stevia
Lunch will be: chicken caesar salad: chicken thighs, romaine, homemade caesar dressing, & a little parm
Dinner will be: Thin cut pork chops and some sort of veg. I have some nice kohlrabi and maybe a salad.
