  • Easy breakfast for a hungry day

    A bit of leftover lamb steak (1/4 pound-ish) with a little garlic butter
    A ready-to-eat smoked mackerel fillet (delicious omega 3)
    200g ready-to-microwave broccoli and cauliflower with a little butter
    6 strawberries
    coffee

    I had the lamb at home before walking out of the door and the rest in the office kitchenette.

      • Store bought squirrel? WTH? Noooo you go collect them yerself with bow, gun or numchucks. I use rat traps in boxes trapped with PB when I cant go hunt them. Go find a private spot in a park with something to whack them with and collect a few.

        Store bought, I shudder at the idea.

                  • Today is something that I don't have a clue what its English translation would be, but basically it's about 60% ground pork, 40% ground beef, salt and cumin; formed into a case-less sausages and grilled. That, a sweet potato and a big a$$ salad.

                        • Today? 1 pound of salmon seasoned heavily with pepper, salt, parsley. A can of oysters, two green apples, a few bites of hard cheese, green/mint tea.

                            • Breakfast was 3 large eggs and a big sausage (corr!!), and a big-ish carrot (low on veg today!). Not hungry after 6 hours. That would never happen pre paleo when I'd have some oats and yogurt with some jam or honey for brekkie. I would usually be ravenous at around 10am-11am after breakfast at 6am. Now I dont even think I'll bother with lunch and just skip to dinner, which I'll saute off a whole leek and 200g bacon.
