When our bodies change from being sugar burners to fat burners, is the fat burnt from any particlular "area" first or is it evenly burnt from the entire body? I know this is an elementary question, but I am curious nonetheless.
There really is no simple answer to that question. Everyone's body is different and fat can not only be used preferentially but is sometimes more or less moved from one spot to another. There is no way to control or influence where one's body will burn fat and targeting specific fat locations is ineffective at best.
