    Got a question I hope someone can help me with. I'm still new to this and still reading the Primal Blueprint book. I was wondering where can I get the amount of iron I need? I know milk is a no no and it has zero iron anyway according to the box. Eggs on the carron says something like 2 or 4% iron. The lunch meats I look at says only around 6%.

    So where can I get the iron I need on this diet? I'm trying to stay away from grains including cereal which seems to have a lot of iron added to them. Any information would be appreciated.

    Spinach and other leafy greens like kale. Red meat is full of iron. A nice yummy steak is a good place. Clams are very high in iron. Also oysters, organ meats. Use ground thyme and ground cinnamon for spices - both are good sources along with rosemary and paprika. Figs, cashews and almonds.

      Just eat foods as mentioned. Get your iron levels checked if worried.
