  • Any one follwing this diet menu?

I normally add grins, barley, oatmeal, corn, cornmeal and maize in my diet menu and drink sufficient water. To treat chronic fatigue syndrome disease sufficient nutrition and water is must necessary.

So anyone add above foods in diet meal

Doh! I should really not respond to stuff when I'm half asleep after trying to get 8 million things done in one day. Usually my spamdar is better than that.

could someone explain what the point of the spam would be... I don't get it. It doesn't seem to be selling anything. Is it just to get more posts?

jonshon, to answer your question: Yes, adding all of those items you listed on a daily basis will help your chronic fatigue syndrome disease. Water will only help keep you hydrated, which is also necessary.

                        Glorth,

I am just reading the book, "Understanding Leptin." It has an entire chapter devoted to Fibromyalgia.
He tells why it happens & how to cure it.

He explains that Fibromyalgia is caused by severely out of control hormones as a result of "Leptin Resistance. Her muscles no longer burn fat because they have become Leptin Resistant, and therefore become very painful. Read the book for more details.
