    Salmon, small avocados, aroy-d coconut milk, steamed/pan-cooked broccoli, real eggs. Add spices and tallow during cooking.

        That sounds awesome. I'd probably sub something like halibut for the salmon just because I OD on the taste of salmon easily. Give me all that and some Thai curry paste and I'd be a happy girl.

                              I'd take NZ steak, chicken, kumara, coconut cream and blueberries. I probably live on those things most days anyway!
