    So, recently, I've started taking the following supplements daily (in addition to fish oil and vit D) -

    Vit A - 8000iu
    Zinc - 25mg
    Magnesium Citrate (400mg of Mg)

    and have noticed a massive improvement in the reduction of the mild acne I had. Anyone else got anything similar to share?

    might be something to look into if your skin could do with improvement.
