ive been nitpicking at my diet to really find that perfect combination for energy and cognitive function as well as dealing with past digestive issues that are still healing and ive kind of seen a pattern where when i add in olive oil or even avocados i feel damn sluggish after! has anyone else found monounsaturated fat is rougher to digest? im stuck using only coconut oil and olive oil for sat and mono fats because here in quebec NOBODY sells beef tallow or lard or any animal fats much less grassfed so if anyone from canada knows a good online source that actually sells here in canada id love to know!
