• How did I eat today? ("bulking")

I'm trying hard to gain some muscle mass. I just want to make sure I'm still on track though. I ate all of this within 2 hours (still doing the Warrior Diet). I feel like exploding! I practically had to take olive oil shots and bite into the stick of butter to get my fats up. I just want to know if I should keep it up.

By the way, this is the last time I eat rice. I hate cooking it anyways. Not worth it.

AND you are doing fasted workouts? How often? I'd say it looks like you are giving your body signals to crank up HGH, save muscles, build muscles, increase testosterone, all that jazz. Could only suggest proper sleep habits (if you don't have that already) and rest days, gotta keep cortisol in check.

Maybe go off Warrior timing once a week (if this isn't getting results), and I'd suppose your time frame matters. I had a good gain in muscle over 3 months and there was no noticeable gains in the first 8-9 weeks, and it poured on at the end!

Yes, if you feel like exploding, that's your body telling you to keep it up.

Stretching your stomach is a good way to make it so you'll be able to eat even more next time.

          Eat to satiety.

You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!

Acmebike: Yes, I do fasted workouts - always after 20 hours of fasting. I eat that huge meal right after. I workout 3 times a week (I do StrongLifts 5x5). Good idea to go off the Warrior Diet at least once a week, though. Thanks a lot for the reassurance.

Primalchild: No, not really exploding. That was in my first week of the Warrior Diet. Today is more like throwing up, and I blame the cottage cheese. I could still eat more. I'm eying the rest of that chocolate bar right now... Otherwise I feel great: no pain, no discomfort, only a strange body smell... >.< any idea what that is?

Mr. M: No, but I'm going to the farmer's market tomorrow to get the eggs. That's why I had so much cottage cheese haha.

Hey, looks good. I've been bulking as well and am using the Starting Strength program.

Almonds, eggs, cottage cheese, butter and red meat are what i usually use. How are your workouts going?

Pretty good. They're a real punishment! Weight load is always increasing and my technique is getting better.

Now I wanna throw up! >.<
