I'm trying hard to gain some muscle mass. I just want to make sure I'm still on track though. I ate all of this within 2 hours (still doing the Warrior Diet). I feel like exploding! I practically had to take olive oil shots and bite into the stick of butter to get my fats up. I just want to know if I should keep it up.
By the way, this is the last time I eat rice. I hate cooking it anyways. Not worth it.
