Are all carbs the same? For instance if i ate 80 carbs a day of vegetables and some fruit or if i ate 80 carbs a day of veggies and that 20 included a sandwhich but it still stayed in the 80 gram a day range for fat loss, is there a difference in where the carbs come from? I'm a high school student so its alot easier to be able to take a sandwich to school rather than trying to take some tupperware to school with PB food in it but i will if theres a huge difference in the results i will see.
