  • Working out how much to eat

    Does anyone have any resources for working out the average fat/protein/carb ratio someone of a particular height/weight/age should eat on primal?
    I come from a history of disordered eating and 'listening to my body' is easier said than done. Would be nice to work out an initial baseline.

      demuralist beat me to it. That first article is the best. Just aim for the carb and protein targets, and fill the rest of your hunger with good fats.
