Is sesame seed oil considered good "primal" fat? If so, I thought seed oils were not a good choice?

I wouldn't use it in large quantities, but also wouldn't worry about it as a flavoring agent or supplemental cooking oil. It is high O6, but I find it hard to believe it's anywhere near as toxic as corn or soybean oil.

you only use it in tiny quantities. It has a strong flavor. I use it sometimes in asian style dishes, but just for flavor, not actually for cooking with. Do you don't use it the way you would (or wouldn't, ha ha) other oils
