I know there have been threads in the past on primal PCOSers but no recent ones. I want to know what others experiences are with being primal and having PCOS. Is there anything that you have found that works for you? Like avoiding or limiting certain things? What about IF? What carb intake has shown the most results, etc.??? Please share!! I am hoping that by being primal, my hormones will balance themselves out but it has been a while now.
