  • 2 training programms simultaneously?

    hi guys.
    i came across this training programm (100 push ups) one hundred push ups
    and across this one (200 bodyweight squats) two hundred squats

    today is sunday and a good day to start doing them.
    they both require few minutes of work every other day and i thought i would just do them both together
    and i wanted to know if its ok to do them both simultaneously?
    their no working on the same muscle so for my logic sense it seems ok to do both but i just want to make sure

        Totally fine! You could do their 100 pull ups program simultaneously as well if you wanted (not sure if its out yet...)

          You may also like simplefit--very similar stuff (push ups/pull ups/squats). There is a big thread on it in the fitness forum too (search the archives if you're interested.)
