I just saw a recipe with manioc flour, and I am wondering if it meets Paleo/Primal standard, i.e. it is not an antinutrient, etc? I am not a big fan of nut and seed based baked substitutes, so I was wondering about this one. I am pretty happy with shiritake noodsles, which are a root extract, but what about this one?
