I'm down to where I like me. 170 and muscular at 5'9". Now for the big question. Do I need to reintroduce some starchy carbs like sweet potato, or can I just increase my fat intake to stop weight loss? Clearly I'll be staying fit with sprinting, climbing trees, pushups, etc. But dietarily, do I need starches for the sake of starches, or are the green veggies enough?
