Last night I did a night hike pretty late. It was a lot of fun. However, I have the inability to sleep in. I wake up at pretty much the same time every day no matter what time I go to sleep. So, around 4pm I was pretty tired and took a nap. I slept for 2hrs. Probably slept for too long, however, now I have horrible sugar cravings. I am usually not one for napping. I usually go to sleep at around 10pm and wake up almost exactly at 6am every day. Does this happen to anyone else; sugar cravings after napping?
