If it were me I'd try one bite of each!

Picture is gone indeed. Don't know what it was but the best chocolate I ever had was made by Amedei. It was 85% and tasted so smooth. Amazing.

Edit. Picture is back! Go with the 99%er!

I can't see the picture either. Pralus 100%, hands down, if you want something sugar-free. I quite like Lindt 90% too.

Picture fixed...darn twitpic and it's cyclical image changing code. Posted to flickr instead.

I'm keen on Lindt 90% as well.

I had to order the Pralus in so I figured I might as well grab a couple extras as well! Only took 4 days to get to me...not bad. But at $12 for the Pralus, that one will be savored for sure.

I tried Michel Cluizel, didn't like it. Haven't tried Chocolat Bonnat.

Where did you order the Pralus from? I couldn't find it on Amazon. I found it in local chocolate store but they haven't had any since.

I ordered mine off a website based out of Toronto - www.atasteforchocolate.com

It's hard to find anything like this in my uncultured small town.

With a sufficient amount of chocolate I could be persuaded Do let us know the results of the test!

                        What mood are you in?

Top left looks more light hearted and jokey, the one on the right feels more sophisticated, perhaps with an espresso.

Bottom left - save for last. It looks "the business".

Well there's my packaging analysis, hard to tell without samples...

                        Enjoy!!

In order to try (and reverse quality)

                          1. Bonnat

                          2. Cluizel

                          3. Pralus (I think it is the best by far)

                          The "Seven Deadly Sins"

                          Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
                          Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
                          Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)

I think I'll leave the Pralus for last...not too sure about the other two yet.

I like the Cluizel much more than the Bonnat.

The Bonnat is a bit rough.

Just crack them all open and have a bit of each over a few different occasions. You might find you like one more than another with coffee or after dinner, or whatever....
