  • Anyone Else Eat Steak For Breakfast?

Any of you guys and girls out there enjoy a nice piece of steak for breakfast?

Every one thinks Im nuts but after traveling around the world a bit Ive realized that what people eat at whatever time of the day is relative.

Most people think having fish soup for breakfast is crazy ("fish!!")... but in certain asian countries its the norm.

Only if I have leftover steak. And I usually cook just enough for dinner.

I cooked fresh steak for breakfast this morning. :0)
Had the leftovers cold, for Dunch (I eat 2x a day - the time is between lunch and dinner . . . I call it "Dunch")

generally just leftover steak; but if the only meat i have to cook in the morning is steak, then yes i grill some steak for breakfast. my breakfasts rarely look like a traditional breakfast anyway, with the exception of the occasional bowl of yogurt, sausage and primal pancakes, or small side of scrambled eggs.

Yep, with a couple of over easy eggs....pop the yolks all over the steak and the pan fried kale I usually have with it. Best breakfast ever (though I do say that about most breakfasts).

Steak for breakfast is a great start of the day. Especially with some lard.

Just about every day that I eat a breakfast, which is most of them.

Steak and eggs often with some wilted leafy green sort of prepped in the steak drippings.

Sometimes a good slab of fish instead of the beef.

Definitely. Having "dinner for breakfast" has become the norm for us. In fact, today we had kale salad with warm andouille sausage dressing - fried egg on top. Friends think we are crazy but they don't know what they're missing.
