TMI. As in, "ohmigod, now I find out that fiber is "good" for me which contradicts the latest thinking and experiences, so now I am paralyzed."

    Or just eat more butter.

I read that post and found the comments to be very enlightening. The soluble vs. insoluble fiber bit is interesting.

I thought the article was interesting. I'm a butter eater and loooove it (to the point where I can quite happily eat a good pasture-fed butter all on it's own), so it's great to know there's yet another nutrient in butter that is good for me. I also tend to get quite a bit of fiber from the veggies & fruits I eat.

        So, yeah...eat more butter

I would just like to add that I definitely got my "fiber" this morning....eggs with pasture-butter (with a little extra butter, just for good measure)...oh yum

Oh...and here's the thread from SirGrandma from a few days back:

OTB, im carnivore. so no, im not reconsidering my fibre. im thinking the vegans-vegetarians might be getting their energy from a much highter %fat then realized which would be a good joke. I fail to understand the point of your comment.
