I just read a post on another thread that said if you can go 5+, 10+ or 16+ hours without eating then you are burning fat for fuel. Does this include the morning? I usually eat dinner around 7 or 8 and when I wake up in the morning, I can go until about 10 or 11 without needing to eat. I usually eat before then, but I can go until 11 if I have to. Does this mean I'm burning fat?
