fitday does more than calories. lol.

Tnail - have you looked at Livestrong's daily plate? I think it does macro breakdowns.

fitday does calories, macros, and micros.
        I give it that much.
I can't be bothered with keeping track of them.
I buy what I am going to eat when I go shopping on Fridays.
        1 pound of beef - 1,200 calories
        1 pound of chicken - 1,000 calories
        5 tbsp olive oil - 595 calories
        1 pound spinach - 80 calories
        1/2 cup nuts - 500 calories
        1/2 pound fish - 300 calories
        1/2 cup of berries - 41 calories
1 pound organ meat calf - 1000 calories
4,700 calories consumed, well under 50g of carbohydrates.
        Average day for me.

Damn Archer, you eat a ton of meat. I thought I loved meat, I couldn't imagine putting that down on a daily basis. (Then again, with the meat prices where I live, I wouldn't have much of a savings account either.)

Fitday viewed as the analysis tool it is has value, in my opinion, high value for someone that has a defined need for all the data. I'd say 80% of the people out there probably don't go past the core page for that application.

I love meat... before I started primal I was eating this:
1 can of tuna a day from January to March.
From March up till 7 weeks ago I was eating 3 fish fillets a day and a loaf of bread.

Last year what I was eating was 1 pound protein powder and bread and fruit juice - My doctor told me it would be the best diet for me to lose weight. Though he also told me to work out 4 hours a day in which I did every single day.

Since going Primal I work out maybe 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day. Some days I do 10 minutes - sprint days.
