So, I am a bit confused. I just recently read the post about IFing. I am interested in that. However, can someone please explain to me how this does not negatively affect hormones and send my body into fat storage mode instead of fat burning mode? I have read that if you have a feeling of starving, you have already messed with those hormones. Is this not true? I just want to make sense of all this.
