  • Down 6# in one week, and I don't believe it.

    So, I've been tracking my food intake in fitday.com (in my signature) for the last week. Weighed myself last night, down 6 pounds from 248, now at 242. (Weighed after a day of eating and good fluid intake, in full "outdoor" clothing to boot. Reweighed myself, without having eaten today and I'm at 239, so I think the 242 is legit.)

    Been eating whatever the hell I want, but just cutting out all grains/legumes/ most tubers, and being sensible with the carb related fruits, and my favorite flavored kefir and yogurt. I don't believe it, but I'll take it.

    I've not been able to get below 245 in well over a decade, and I've broken that point, without actually doing anything difficult. I really hope to see this continue, as my goal is 48# by 12/30, which will put me at 200#.
