I'm curious to know as well. I just bought some coconut flour recently and have been thinking of making a flatbread-like substitute for sandwiches, not sure which recipe would really work best though, based on what I've seen thus far.

I would guess you'd blend it all together then spread it out on a dehydrator sheet until its solid, yet pliable.

you could use the oven set at 150 as another method using a cookie sheet... : D

I've read that you can dehydrate in a regular oven (but I haven't tried it yet) by setting the oven at its lowest setting (150?) and having the oven door open a bit with a fan blowing.

Check out some of the homemade jerky threads for dehydration tips.

Hi, I was curious when I checked this product out, I found a YouTube video that shows someone making them, using a dehydrator though, but you can use a low oven too if you don't have one, there is loads of info out on the web about how. I'm going to give these a try sometime as they look fun to make, now I wish I still had my dehydrator! I'll probably be drying in the oven this time.

If you bake then it would not be a raw food anymore. I might try to make some in our dehydrator. I'll send you some, Mal
