The Warrior Diet.
Or at least my version of it. I'm going to be eating on big meal at day at sundown, whatever time that may be - I think it's 6PM? - and eat whatever I want until 8.
Anyone with me? I'm going to try to do this for a whole week at least and see how it goes. There's a whole lot of good evidence for it out there.
I know there are a couple of one-mealers here, so hopefully you guys can drop in.
edit: not whatever I want... :P of course I'm still going to eat Primal.
