I wouldn't worry about being overhydrated; but the fact that the liquids you drank were coffee and soft drinks DOES concern me. Coffee and most soft drinks have a lot of caffeine in them, with is actually a diuretic. Most folks here limit their coffee consumption; and pretty much steer clear of soft drinks.
I do drink water. Some is flavored and carbonated, some is coffee-flavored. )
The only good news, I guess, is that the coffee is chicory, which is about 1/2 the typical caffeine level of regular coffee. The soft drinks are part caffeinated, part not. All involve aspartame or dextrose sweeteners though. I bought some white tea at the store tonight, thought I'd give that a try.
