  • FQ-Frequency and Quantity

    Think FQ! The FQ Principle in eating states that first the frequency increases then the quantity. This is a good way to remind oneself to discern between an occasional treat, and something that is becoming habitual. I can't recall where I first read about the FQ Principle, but it is a useful tool. I know that FQ has been consistent whenever I've had a problem with any given food. Right now I'm enjoying bluebery chevre too much, so I'm going to have to monitor it closely.

    Got any similar devices for keeping eating in check?

      Rob, I like IF as well. I used to graze in my CW days, but now like a 3-7p window.
