This past week after my workouts I would eat 4 eggs and veggies. I ran out of eggs yesterday and I've been out of protein for 2 weeks. I gave in and got a huge thing of chocolate milk for post workout today. 42 grams of protein and 104 grams of sugar/ crabs. I'm paying for it right now. I have class 20 mins after my workout and I can not keep my eyes open. Sugar crash... I didn't have this problem last week with my primal post workout meal. Bad idea.
