  • How do you know....

    The number of grams of protein/carbs in food that doesn't have labels? I see everyone counting carbs and protein with what they eat. I want to know exactly how much protein/carbs I'm consuming in a day but I don't know how to figure this out. Like in Fruits/Vegetables/Meats/Chicken/Fish. The stuff I buy has no labels. Thanks in advance!

      Many of us will look it up and estimate on an app or website... MyFitnessPal, livestrong.com, calorieking.com, fitday, etc.
