I guess 140 isn't that same as i'd think when i picture myself at the weight at 5'10. Just asking. About sun butter. Its sooo boring.
I buy a different brand but i just never learns what i could put that on

I had one jar that was wonderful, then two different brands that followed were awful, but used them in baking (all sugar free, roasted sunflower seeds). I kicked myself for not writing down the name of the first brand. A couple friends said they tried a jar and hated it. I wonder why there's so much variability.

I was a sugarbaby; meaning since I was born I was given lots of sugar, and ate lots of processed foods, especially sweets until I was into my thirties. Most people in the west were/are sugarbabies.

“How does today’s youngster educate his sense of taste? By submerging it in a sea of sugar from the time he gets up to the time he goes to bed.” W. Root and Richard DeRochemont, Eating in America (1976)

If you have a food processor just make your own. Buy some plain shelled/unsalted sunflower seeds and process them up with a bit of liquid fat of your choice (i used my good olive oil), a little bit of sweetener (stevia, agave, honey), sea salt to taste, and if you like it sweet a bit of vanilla extract. Kept mine in the fridge for 6 months and while it needed a good mix every few weeks it was still good.

Years ago I read about a rule used by nurses for scaling weight by height. It's a ballpark, of course. Individuals vary. Five pounds per inch. So his 140 would be more like 160 on you.

The formula set a base of 100 lbs at 5 feet tall for women and 110 for men. So according to that, jayson's right where he should be. There are plenty of healthy outliers of course, but the formula works pretty well for people with medium builds.

I have one of those names that people always misspell, too. What amazes me is when I write someone an email and end it with my name, then they reply and spell it wrong. It's right there! It's in the To line for crissakes. It gets mispronounced all the time, too. I gave up on correcting people years ago.

Same issue with my name. I have a silent E at the end and people either leave it out, or put an A or I at the end or just completely screw it up for all of mankind.
