    Tough call...

    1. beef
    2. sardines
    3. eggs
    4. coconut
    5. dark chocolate
    6. onion or spinach
    7. some kind of nut, probably walnuts or almonds

      1. Eggs
      2. Butter
      3. Ground beef
      4. Onions
      5. Tomatoes
      6. Raspberries
      7. Chocolate

I have a feeling there are some nasty deficiencies in that list, so I probably wouldn't be thriving after a decade of eating nothing but that. But really, who WOULD be thriving mentally if they ate the same seven things for the rest of their life?

Zone diet on and off for several years....worked, but too much focus on exact meal composition
Primal since July 2010...skinniest I've ever been and the least stressed about food

Oh, I've just had a MUCH better idea:

          1. chicken (that covers muscle meat, liver, and eggs)
          2. beef (that covers butter, milk, cream, steak, ground beef)
          3. onions
          4. tomatoes
          5. raspberries
          6. chocolate
          7. broccoli

Really makes the point that we'd probably do better getting the WHOLE food, even if that means a 500lb cow.

                  Interesting question....

-the entire buffalo (organs, bone marrow, muscle meat, hide for shoes & clothes)
                  -herring
                  -sweet potatoes
-cacao (for the fruit part and the nut part)
-two herbs...not sure which ones though [thyme, rosemary, spearmint, oregano, sage, lavender, cilantro, etc]
