What about the Coke, gummy bears and liver? That would make 7.

It's interesting to take a look back and see how your preferences are evolving, isn't it Magnolia? I like your second list better than your first too.

              • I'd still live on salmon, shrimps, yogurt, pico de gala, fruit and buckwheat if I could.

Those aren't essential, except maybe the liver, but I don't like eating it that much. If I was going to pick 3 more foods, I'd probably pick rum, great lakes gelatin(assuming I don't have to pay for these foods, knox if I do) and coconut oil. Coconut oil + coffee + rum is amazing.

I'd replace anything there except coffee, sugar and milk with acid though.

                  • I'm going through this phase where all I want to eat is beef or fish.

                    Beef
                    Salmon
                    Squid
                    Oysters
                    Sardines
                    Coffee
                    Butter
A gooey aged smells like the inside of a running shoe cheese

Who says back fat is a bad thing? Maybe on a hairy guy at the beach, but not on a crab.

Is it? How do you drink it? Hot like an Irish coffee, or cold like a white russian or what? Equal parts of the 3?

                      My current 7:

                      1. US Wellness Meats Beef Liverwurst
                      2. Smoked Wild-Caught Sockeye Salmon
                      3. Eggs
                      4. 5-year aged Gouda
                      5. Coffee. Preferably SWP Decaf, Dark Roast
                      6. Heavy Cream. For the coffee and to make butter (is that cheating?)
                      7. 90% or higher Dark Chocolate. But I'll give it up for the butter if #6 was a cheat.

I like it warm since it's comforting due to the spicy flavor. I use sugar, a little milk/heavy cream, coconut oil and a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa power along with the coffee and rum. Been meaning to add a scoop of vanilla ice cream sometime to see how that'd be. And, yeah, equal parts coffee and rum and a tbsp of coconut oil.

Over ice/cool would likely just make the coconut oil hard and make it a lot less palatable. Not sure.

                          6. Cauliflower
                          7. I feel pressure to get one more vegetable in here, but I'll choose pomegranates. Just to get some sweetness.

                              7) seasoning (spices, herbs, garlic, onion, pepper and dried peppers)
Nearly two years later and not much has changed. I think I would sub out eggs for tea and seasonal fruit for chocolate.
