    The following is an optional Primate pop quiz. It's about what is in your fridge right now.

    1. A tuberware full of chicken breast that was seasoned with EVOO,salt,pepper, and basil mmm

    2. Storebough mayo…or ketchup

    3. Coconut Milk!

    4. My chicken stir- fry (chicken breast,EVOO,salt,pepper,mixed veggies, Lemon/salt seasoning,garlic)

    5.Strawberries or blueberries

    6. My sisters leftover rice

      I do most of the shopping but my SO and I live together and he's VERY non-primal!

      1. Grass-fed ground Angus beef and Mark's homemade primal energy bars
      2. Soy milk... I can't believe I drank this stuff
      3. Coconut yogurt
      4. Probably a piece of this $12 manchego cheese...
      5. Fresh raspberries I just bought
      6. The bottle of Bailey's I've had now for four years. I think it's toxic and I'm afraid to touch it.

          a container of curried chickpeas w/ rice and a tortilla (DH made chicken and chick pea curry last night)

            the asparagus, eggs, and prosciutto i had planned to make together, plus some sirloin that i bought for myself as a treat. (asparagus+prosciutto is to recreate a dish i had at a restaurant lately)

                              Okay, so I'm not counting the freezer.

                              1...is the most "Primal" thing that you would show your non-Primal friends as an example of Primal?
                              Uncured bacon from Whole Foods. Imported, I think. (If freezer is included, then grass-fed sirloin).

                              2...is the least Primal thing, that you don't want to admit is in there?
                              Three Wine Cubes? Store-bought mayo. If the freezer counts, I have a bunch of frozen dinners that haven't been touched since I started, that used to be staples.

                              3...is the newest Primal thing that you added to your diet since you started?
                              Blueberries. I eat them daily. Before they were an occasional splurge.

                              4...is the next thing you had in mind to eat, the very next time you open the fridge?
                              Leftover grilled Porterhouse (blue rare!) and Brussels Sprouts.

                              5...is the quickest turn-time thing, the one thing that takes the shortest time in the fridge to get?
                              Blueberries and heirloom cherry tomatoes.

                              Some turkey breast I made that tastes and smells weird. I think I taste chemicals in it. And some kale that I was going to make chips with but I don't have parchment paper, whatever that is, so I'm sure it will go bad before I can use it, although my lizards can eat some of it...
