i am of course referring to the liquid ecstasy, natures cocaine, creamed coconut.

no matter how much i read about how fat is not the enemy and the benefits of all things coconut, i simply cannot get my head around the idea that eating creamed coconut isnt such a big deal.

i feel like an addict; when its in the house, i want it. After ive eaten it, i want it again. and if i dont have it, im always thinking about buying it.

all jokes aside, am i going straight to primal hell if i continue my addiction with creamed coconut? ive decided now to stop buying it because i simply eat it too quickly if its in my fridge.

any past addicts out there with tips feel free to list them. i need help, seriously.

I think the things one can cook with it is more entertaining than actually eating it straight up :P

Kinda happy I'm not too into the taste, my most consumed coconut product currently is milk when I drink coffee which is only usually once a day during the work week.
I used to seriously post here, now I prefer to troll.

I buy the Grace CC in the little plastic pouches. I could probably eat the whole thing in one sitting, but I've resisted so far - it's hard to justify not eating something that's so yummy and cheaper than a chocolate bar! I usually stick to eating about a tablespoon or two a day.

I bought two jars and ate them in two weeks. I will not buy again any time soon as this food has the capability of triggering a binge episode in me. And I did gain weight from 2 jars of coconut butter in 2 weeks... it seems I have a lot of trouble having just one or two tablespoons at a time.

Hi my name is Scott and I am a coconut butter addict. Ordered six jars earlier today and am very anxious over my decision to not pay for the 2 day shipping. I have half a jar calling me from the pantry Hoping I can hold off until at least the second half of American Idol

Ever try to cook it? If you cook it just a little the coconut bits toast in the oil.

                              Now I'm hungry . . .
