I've been primal for two weeks now, although I had some wheat on Saturday at a party, and yesterday I had a bad sugar splurge. And all of a sudden this morning I am incredibly bloated, and my abdomen is very tender and feeling constipated (sorry, I know its a bit too much information). I almost never get constipated, so please please help, I am so uncomfortable! I suppose my digestive track is use to relying on fibre, and yesterday's sugar splurge has caused havoc? What can I do?
