Not sure if anyone saw this, but they featured an exec in their what's your workout series that does CrossFit and eats Paleo. Pretty cool!

That was cool to see- Too bad Denver Mayor and ol' Bronco Shannon Sharp are on the CW bandwagon still...
Self-realization. I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, "... I drank what?"

Link is now to the current one, Paul Pierce of the Celtics, definitely doesn't eat paleo. What's this person's name?
Wheat is the new tobacco. Spread the word.

The Celtic's Paul Pierce, pre-game meal is pretty legit for a professional athlete, a baked potato, grilled salmon and brocolli. (Baked potato and rice are the best quick, simple carbs (it doesn't matter about nutrition) if you need the glucose for a heavy workout/meet).

He at least stays away processed foods and sugars.....nvm the next line it says he eats fried chicken, ice cream, and chocolate cake the rest of the year....

This is my new mantra! I am so glad they featured someone that was the standard spinning class girl eating fat free yogurt for bkfast.
