The Celtic's Paul Pierce, pre-game meal is pretty legit for a professional athlete, a baked potato, grilled salmon and brocolli. (Baked potato and rice are the best quick, simple carbs (it doesn't matter about nutrition) if you need the glucose for a heavy workout/meet).
He at least stays away processed foods and sugars.....nvm the next line it says he eats fried chicken, ice cream, and chocolate cake the rest of the year....
