  • Taco bell is a joke

I understand that no one here eats taco bell. But, the newbies might do so once in a while. After looking on their website I have determined that taco bell is the #1 least healthiest fast food restaurant chain in America. Their food is completely disgusting. They show that they could careless about our health unlike some other fast food chains like moes and chipotle.

can you think of a worst fast food chain or is taco bell the winner in your mind too?

I wrote a blog post about it today. You need to check out the ingredients in their so called food items!

My husband is the anti-Primal and I was at Taco Bell just last week to get him two items of revolting, gluten-wrapped rubbish (AKA Taco Bell burritios) and a large container of carbonated sugar syrup (AKA fountain soda). Needless to say, I did not have anything, bleeeech!

yeah, it's terrible. But a crunchy taco and a couple beef meximelts really hit the spot after a long tattoo session. It's one of the few times I eat taco bell. It's a good nasty sometimes LOL

Thanks for the info! I am new to Primal Eating and was wondering if Taco Bell is a good option! I guess I'll have to go to Carl's Junior instead! Also, if I mix half regular and half diet soda, do you think it's ok? Lol! Or is it better to just get a lemonade when I go to Carl's Junior! Thanks a bunch you guys are great lol!

Mark's open letter to Taco Bell was ultimately the reason I joined this site.

2nd. That's the hardest part for me about going to a Mexican place. I've been avoiding them but I have to go to one for a fundraiser tomorrow. They set them down right in front of you with a yummy bowl of salsa. It's going to be hard to say no. It's easy not to keep them in the house. Much harder when you can smell them.

How often do you go to a mexican place? You might want to consider just enjoying the chips with the understanding that this isn't an everyday thing.

Haven't been to one since going primal in January. I've been really leery of grains since I have an autoimmune thing. Though I have accidentally eaten a little rice and had no problem. But rice is pretty much just starch. Small wheat exposures have had a pretty fast effect on me. I'm not sure where corn is on the spectrum.

I put this into the same category as "Sitting helps make people fat."... If you don't know sitting too much helps make you fat and Taco Bell serves junk ass food, you should wear a helmet, Velcro shoes and drink from a straw, as you may hurt yourself with forks....
Self-realization. I was thinking of the immortal words of Socrates, who said, "... I drank what?"

                            Truth.

I haven't eaten that crap in years, not just pre primal but back when I was still drinking Pepsi and eating store cake.

You know what Taco Bell smells like? Teen armpit. True story.

I will have to check that out!

Sometimes Taco Bell crunchy tacos are ok... they remind me of high school and the days when I could eat anything without a problem. But I never considered it mexican food, and now I don't even consider it real food. Just junk.
