First week done. All primal. Only dairy is heavy cream in coffee. No other dairy (except eggs) and zero grain. I have lost at least 5-8 lbs. Good exercise and small portions. I find my appeitite more frequent but portions smaller. I seem to get full with less. I am pretty much following the PB well except for the coffee and heavy cream. I can only know the next weeks will be more good results. For me this is easy.
