  • Lou Malnati's No Dough Pizza

    Hello all,

I know cheese isn't pure Primal. We have a pizza chain called Lou Malnati's. They designed a pizza for celiacs. It is similiar to the meatzas I've read about. Rather than beef, they use sausage for the "crust." I am enjoying ketosis (on my way to <10% body fat) and this pizza does not knock me out of ketosis. I am including the pizza's nutritional background for any thoughts, concerns, or discussion:

    Serving size: 1/7 slice
    Calories from fat: 120
    Total fat: 13 grams
    Saturated fat: 6g
    Transfat: 0
    Cholesterol 45 mg
    Sodium 510 mg
    Total carbs: 2 g
    Dietary fiber: 0
    Sugars 1 g
    Protein 15 g

    Peace,
    Kevin
