    There's plenty of info in this article on tilapia farming, but in the third or fourth paragraph a very good reminder of why so many people are getting fat on our versions of the pellets.

    I'm glad I don't like tilapia. I like my fish to taste like fish.

            I don't like tilapia, flounder, or catfish--most common in supermarkets, but occasionally eat farmed salmon.

              I'm not too keen on tilapia - it's just too bland and mushy. While I don't think they're particularly healthy, I do see some utility in using them in aquaponic systems (which are pretty damn neat).

              On the other hand, I love catfish, but I haven't seen the wild stuff around here lately. The farm-raised fish just don't have the same flavor.
