I've been hearing a lot about the benefits of eating raw food, so am trying it with veggies. So far I've had carrots and beets raw (I'm fine with them cooked). Felt gassy and discomfort in the stomach. I always thought I had strong digestive fire, but maybe I'm wrong. I never get gas with meat, eggs, fish, though everyone says eggs are hard to digest.
