  • Uh Oh

I ate a breath mint comprised purely of chemicals and synthetic extracts...

Primal Gods damn me to hell.

At least my breath doesn't smell like buffalo butt anymore.

    :P

LOL I had the same sort of thought today when I had a chewing gum. My friend, who is doing low carb but not the high fat bit, told me she licked a sweet yesterday and then threw it away!!! And she said it wasn't even that nice, just the thought of it!! I hate having bad breath though!!

May I ask how you know what buffalo butt smells like, and/or how your breath got that way? <3

p.s. - You could always grow your own mint and chew on the leaves. It's super easy to grow!

I forget who said it, but there's a quote that says "If someone offers you a breathmint, you need it. Take it".

You could chew on fresh parsley, my grandma taught me that one. Works pretty well

                Typically sugar alcohols like xylitol:

That's okay I ate a deep fried gunk battered octopus on a stick today.

                  Grok wept indeed.

That sounds a lot yummier than a breath mint! lol

Most commercial brands of sugar free gum contains aspartame. I wouldn't chew it. :]

There are few "natural" brands that can be bought pretty cheaply!

I ate 1/2lb of roast beef...I suppose it wasn't exactly buffalo butt...close enough though.

I do grow my own mint, it just hasn't come up out of the ground yet.
