I'm a religious morning coffee drinker... 2 cups of decaf every morning. And each cup must have 1/4-1/2 cup of some form of dairy. I've tried canned coconut milk and didn't like it. I like sweetened vanilla almond milk (hate the unsweetened one)... but it has sugar. That leaves me with heavy cream, half and half, and milk. What's the best choice if my goal is weight loss? Can drinking that much dairy every day stall my weight loss? Do I give up coffee? Any advice is very appreciated!
